Welcome to FordTres Logistics. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our company for freight, delivery, or logistics services.

  1. Scope of Service

FordTres Logistics provides transportation and delivery services for medical supplies, commercial freight, and general cargo. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of shipment details, including cargo type, weight, and destination.

  1. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is determined by factors such as mileage, urgency, cargo specifications, and any special handling requirements.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change without notice.
  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours services, wait time, oversized loads, or special equipment needs.
  1. Scheduling & Delivery Times

Pickup and delivery times are estimated unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
FordTres Logistics is not liable for delays arising from:

  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Weather events
  • Mechanical issues
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any expected delays.

  1. Cargo Condition & Packaging

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are properly packaged, labeled, and secured for transport.
FordTres Logistics is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from:

  • Improper or insufficient packaging
  • Loose, fragile, or unprotected items
  • Inaccurate cargo descriptions
  1. Restricted Cargo

FordTres Logistics reserves the right to refuse transportation of:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal goods
  • Cash, high-value jewelry, or precious metals
  • Perishable items or temperature-sensitive goods (unless pre-approved in writing)

Any undeclared restricted items may result in load refusal, service termination, or additional charges.

  1. Insurance & Liability

Standard cargo coverage is included with each shipment.

  • Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the standard coverage amount, whichever is lower.
  • FordTres Logistics is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Optional additional coverage may be available upon request.

  1. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 12 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect service availability for future bookings.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling
  • Provide safe and accessible pickup/delivery locations
  • Ensure a representative is available to release and receive shipments

FordTres Logistics is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur fees or interest charges.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

FordTres Logistics reserves the right to hold cargo if payment terms are not met.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a California court with appropriate jurisdiction.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of FordTres Logistics services constitutes full acceptance.
